You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without prior written permission.

When using MetricMind, you agree not to:

• Freedom from viruses or other harmful components

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of MetricMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

The App may reference or link to third-party content for educational purposes. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

Your use of MetricMind is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms of Service will govern with respect to App Store-specific matters.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
