MetricMind is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how MetricMind ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our iOS application.
The short version: MetricMind does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. Everything happens on your device.

We do not collect:

• Personal identifiable information (name, email, phone number)
• Financial data, account details, or transaction history
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to our servers

MetricMind uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework to power its AI chat and voice features. All AI inference is performed locally on your iPhone or iPad.
Your conversations with the AI never leave your device. No data is sent to external servers, third-party AI providers, or our own infrastructure.

Some data is stored locally on your device to provide the app experience:

• Learning progress and completed levels
• Bookmarked finance terms
• In-app preferences and settings

This data is stored only in your device's local storage (UserDefaults / SwiftData) and is never transmitted anywhere. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app.

MetricMind does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use:

• Google Analytics or Firebase
• Facebook SDK
• Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms
• Any advertising networks

MetricMind is designed to be safe for all ages. Since we collect no personal data whatsoever, the app is compliant with children's privacy regulations including COPPA. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

MetricMind is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect certain information as part of the App Store experience (downloads, reviews, crashes). Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles this data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
